Q: How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your size, and add your favorites to your cart. Head to checkout, fill in your details, and you're all set. It's that simple.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out to us at contact@ruxley.us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll do our best to help. Once it's on its way, we're unable to make changes.

Q: How do I know my order went through?
You'll receive a confirmation email right after your purchase. If it doesn't show up within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 6–11 business days— 1–2 days for processing and 5–9 business days in transit, Monday through Friday.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

  • Orders under $195.00 — flat rate of $6.50
  • Orders $195.01 and overFREE shipping

Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Visit our Order Tracking page anytime to check your delivery status.

Q: Do you ship on weekends?
We process orders Monday through Friday only. Weekend and holiday orders are picked up on the next business day.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Q: What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with tags attached, and supported by photos or proof of purchase.

Q: How do I start a return?
Visit the Submit a Return page with photos of the item. Once our team reviews and approves your request, a prepaid return label will be sent to your email — no return shipping costs on your end.

Q: How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Q: Are there any restocking fees?
Never. All eligible returns at Ruxley are completely free of charge.

EXCHANGES

Q: Can I exchange an item?
We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, as well as wrong sizes. For a different style, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order.

PAYMENTS

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Q: Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. We never store your full card details.

Q: Can I apply a discount code after placing my order?
Unfortunately, promo codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retroactively.
