Fashion is personal — and we get that sometimes things just don't work out. Whether it's the fit, the feel, or simply a change of heart, Ruxley makes the return process painless. Here's how it all works.

You've Got 30 Days

From the day your order arrives, you have a full 30 days to decide if it's the right fit for you. To send something back, we just ask that the item is:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Packed with all tags still attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Backed by your proof of purchase and clear photos or documents
What We Can't Take Back

A few items fall outside our return window for hygiene and fairness reasons:

  • Clearance and final sale pieces
  • Swimwear and intimates
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift cards
  • Anything marked non-returnable at checkout

Not sure if your item qualifies? Just ask us before sending anything back.

Starting Your Return

We've made this as simple as possible:

  1. Snap some clear photos of the item and its condition
  2. Visit our Submit a Return portal along with your order details
  3. One of our support advisors will review and get back to you
  4. Once the return is approved, a prepaid shipping label arrives in your inbox
  5. Pack it up and send it off — the return shipping is completely free

Please don't send items back without hearing from us first — unauthorized returns won't be accepted.

Received Something Not Quite Right?

If your order shows up damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, we want to know immediately. Visit our Submit a Return portal within 48 hours of delivery with photos showing the issue. We'll take it from there and make sure it's resolved quickly.

Need a Different Size or Style?

We offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you simply want a different size that was sent incorrectly, we'll swap it out, subject to availability. For a completely different style, the easiest route is to return and place a fresh order.

Zero Restocking Fees

What you see is what you get — no surprise charges, no restocking penalties. Eligible returns at Ruxley are always completely free.

Your Refund

Once your return lands with us and passes inspection, here's what happens:

  • Your refund goes straight back to your original payment method
  • Expect to see it within 5 to 7 business days
  • Banks and card providers sometimes need a little extra time on their end — this is normal

Cancelled Before It Ships?

Reach out to contact@ruxley.us the moment you change your mind. If your order hasn't left yet, we'll do our best to stop it. If it's already on its way, sit tight — you can kick off a return once it arrives.

A Note on Promotions

Discount codes are a checkout-only deal. They can't be applied after an order is placed, and refunds won't be issued for codes that weren't used in time.
