All shipping information below applies to orders delivered within the United States.

Processing Your Order
Every order goes through a quick quality check before it leaves our hands. This typically takes 1 to 2 business days, and we work Monday through Friday to keep things moving. Hit the cut-off? No worries — orders placed after 5:00 PM CST or over the weekend simply roll into the next business day.

Getting It to Your Door

We ship all orders via Standard US Shipping. From the moment your order leaves our facility, here's what the journey looks like:

Shipping Costs

We believe in keeping things affordable:

  • Under $195.00? — Just $6.50 gets it to you
  • $195.01 or more? — Shipping is completely on us
Your Delivery Address

We ship exactly where you tell us to. Before hitting that confirm button, take a second to double-check your address — once an order is on its way, we can't reroute it. Ruxley isn't able to take responsibility for packages that go astray due to address errors.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

The moment your order ships, a confirmation email lands in your inbox — complete with a tracking number. Pop over to our Order Tracking page anytime to see exactly where your order is. Note that tracking details usually take 24 to 48 hours to activate after dispatch.
